Mihalcea Larisa Andreea has been a member of the Iasi Bar Association since 2022. She has thorough knowledge of private law, holding a Master’s degree of Business Law.

Her areas of practice include both legal advice and assistance and representation before the courts, especially in cases involving contractual or tort liability, land, challenges to enforcement, family law cases.

She is experienced in drafting legal opinions designed to identify reliable solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, through interdisciplinary analysis of legislation in the field of labor law, company law, tax law, etc., as well as in drafting, amending and
revising various civil contracts, in both Romanian and English.

She believes that the lawyer-client relationship should be based on empathy, honesty and fairness and she handles each case assigned to her most conscientiously.
