He is a meticulous lawyer with a rich practice and expertise in commercial litigation and especially in the field of real estate and criminal law.

He has provided legal advice in high-value real estate transactions, and has recorded numerous successes in contract partner disputes and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in commercial and financial litigation cases involving significant amounts.

He has extensive experience both in representing clients before the courts and in assisting clients in closing real estate transactions.

Over the course of his career, he has specialized in a wide range of litigation cases. His experience in this area includes complex commercial litigation, particularly on matters involving real estate law and commercial contracts, various contractual liability cases and tort cases.

He has provided legal assistance and represented clients before criminal prosecution authorities (police, public prosecution offices, specialized prosecution offices – D.N.A. and D.I.I.C.O.T.) and courts, i.e. defendants, persons held in custody or under surveillance.
Being fluent in English, he is able to provide legal assistance to foreign nationals in civil and criminal matters.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences from the Faculty of Law of ‘Alexandru I. Cuza’ University of Iasi. He has been a member of the Iasi Bar Association since 2013.
