Munteanu Ioana Lavinia has held a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of ‘Alexandru Ioan Cuza’ University of Iasi since 2016, after which she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from the same university. She has practiced arbitration and mediation.

She has been a member of the Iasi Bar Association since March 2020.

As a lawyer, she has deepened her legal knowledge in the field of civil law concerning claims of compensation for damages, inheritance, contractual liability, in the field of tort law and family law.

In her work, she has demonstrated insight, professionalism, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to client demands and openness to new areas of work. Also in terms of professional experience, she has successfully assisted and represented clients before the Romanian courts in various litigations, as well as before public institutions and authorities.
